thats pretty too OP of a buff , I'd say give more speed to the gen repair

how about doing gens 100% faster but being exposed (when all 3 other survivors are dead)

You're interpreting this all wrong. The problem isn't that Left Behind needs buffs, it's that the hatch is completely in the survivors favor so that there's no reason you would ever even want to do the gens. Fix the hatch and all the sudden this perk looks a lot better.
