TOWER CHARMS DON'T LIGHT UP IN KILLER HOOKS

as Described in the title of this report the tower charms that should have a blue glow don't always light up as showed in this screen capture, I'm playing on PC and my gpu is an asus GTX 1070. These charms do light up in survivor belts
