We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Revealing Ghostface still reverts to 0% progress when interrupted

^ Title says it all.
Ghostface leaning around a corner on The Game, reveal him for 80%, he hides and immediately continues to stalk - but instead of being able to continue the Revealing after the short interrupt, it starts all over.
Patchnotes said it has been changed, so the reveal progress goes down slowly instead of resetting entirely. That´s not the case.
