Fatshaming/Too small spot as Killer. Midwich

The spot at the top of the stairs in Midwich is the right size for survivors to go through and hid, but killers cannot fit nor pick up unless the survivor moves close enough for the killer to grab them.
As this is also a Totem spawn, I could see it being abused by getting say Boon: Exponential and running there whenever the killer is close to downing a survivor. Thus disallowing proper continuation of the game.
Pictured below is a survivor who, having been downed, crawled up the stairs while I was hooking another and refused to leave the spot. They ended up bleeding out.
