We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PS4 - Items unusable. (toolbox and Flashlight)

On any map, i am unable to use flashlights, when I move, the light will shine at the ground, and when I stand still, it will shine at hip height, and I cannot move it up or down, so it is unusable, shined at killers eyes, no blind, but still uses battery.
Next, I can't use a toolbox on a generator, the toolbox was full of charges and i could repair the gen, but i couldn't use the toolbox to repair the generator.
