We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Iron Will Heal

Whenever someone with Iron Will is fully healed they produce one grunt of pain once the heal finishes. It seems to be the case for another survivor healing or healing oneself with a medkit or boon, etc.
