So it seems that having the instructions add-on on any toolbox no longer allows you to repair generators with that toolbox. You can still drop hooks but can't repair a generator with it. Seems rather useless if the only reason to put it on is for eliminating skill checks while repairing??

I already posted toolboxes not working a couple days ago. It’s even if you bring no add ons. Or any add ons.
