Pinhead screen went black

I was playing Pinhead on the new reworked Haddonfield. I used his power to successfully hit a survivor with chains at the very beginning of the match (Nea, was injured) and when I came out of the animation to switch to regular first person, my screen froze and was black. I heard survivors around me working on gens and running around so I know I was the only one bugged. I had to DC and I lost my offering. No killer add-ons were used. It was my first chase of the game and the first time I used his power.
