We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
controls gone after victor is crushed

Step 1 : have a survivor crush victor
Step 2 : no longer have any controls except swinging weapon
after victor was crushed I couldn't vault, destroy doors or pallets, pick up downed survivors, or open the exit gates. I could only swing my weapon.
