[PC] Teleporting as Pinhead can get you stuck in map props

I had a trial on the swamp map not so long ago when I tried using my power to teleport to a survivor who was trying to do the box. The game seemed to freeze and when it resumed I was stuck in a massive tree with my chains being the only way to confirm my positiion.
My regular vision was completely black and I couldn't free myself. It obviously ruined the game, I didn't even get the chance to attempt to teleport outta there.
