Rancor not giving exposed effect and kill option

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match with rancor tier 3
Step 3 : In-game, be a noob and let them do all 5 gens
Step 4 : Hit the obsession: doesnt go down instantly and when downed not killable (only pickup)
