We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

A similar issue has been discovered on PC, and now I can confirm this issue is also present on console (PS4)
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match vs. Michael Myers
Step 3 : After reaching Evil Within III for the first time, the exposed status effect icon will pop up as usual, BUT it will continue to remain on-screen the whole match. It will continue to persist on-screen even after the audio cue is played and Michael goes back down to tier II, returning to his normal non-lethal basic attacks.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Perks played: Sprint Burst, Decisive Strike, Circle of Healing, Lucky Break
- Map: Coldwind Farm
- Frequency of the issue: Occurs occasionally when facing Michael Myers, but most likely occurs more under certain conditions.
