Huntress' power not working

Happened to me 2 times, both in McMillan Estate maps (Coal Tower and Ironworks of Misery).
The first time, the game would not let me wind up hatches so I could not throw them, I could only use m1
The second time I had a hatchet up, but it stayed up without letting me throw it or use m1, I only got rid of it by getting pallet stunned
This happened on PC, I made sure my mouse was working correctly
