Generator blocking Perk Not working

Was playing Survivor on haddonfield yesterday when a gen blocking perk Form the killer activated (i think it was ghostface ones) and we Could still repair the Gens although it shold avoid us to do so. Pls Check this.

If you're talking about Thrilling Tremors (The Ghost Face's perk that is a "gen blocking perk")...it only blocks generators that are not being worked on at the time the perk activates.
