The chainsaw acceleration of Cannibal (Bubba, Leatherface) is something wrong.
Hi, I use Cannibal a lot.
I have noticed something when using a chainsaw.
When I use add-ons that extend the chainsaw time, such as chili or carburetor, the acceleration of the chainsaw seems to slow down.
Especially when using the carburetor, it's noticeably slower and can't keep up with the survivor soon as shown in the video below.
The reason for this is that the current acceleration of the chainsaw on the Canibal is determined to reach its maximum speed in the time available in one token.
This specification is very unintuitive and confusing, and above all, it gives the chili and carburetor an unexplained disadvantage.
There is no such thing as an ultra-rare add-on that cannot keep up with the survivor.

It's been a while I haven't played bubba, and I was using a lot chilli + award winning chill. I don't remember noticing something special about these addons.
About the carburator, the video you shared is super nice to see how slow it makes bubba. Same thing with the Depth Gauge Rake, it makes you so slow it's an unplayable addon. These 2 addons are supposed to slow bubba in a chainsaw sweep by 2%. There's something wrong.

To be fair, I think also his add-ons increasing speed look a little out of tune. Beast's marks should theoretically increase speed by 3%, yet when you use it you're zooming. There might be some code to clean up. It wouldn't be the first time.

I know that carburetors have a 2% disadvantage, but this is not just 2%, it is tremendously slower.
The reason the acceleration of the carburetor is so slow is that it combines 3 tokens of time into 1 token, so it is no wonder that it is hard to feel the deceleration of a chili that extends 1 token just a little bit. However, if you have tried various add-ons many times, you should be able to feel the acceleration slow down just a little bit when using chilis.

I'm a Bubba Main and I agree with this post. Carburetor Tunning Guide tremendously decreases Chainsaw Sweep movement speed.
It's should be just 2%, but Cannibal is slower than Survivor. It's bugged since TWINS DLC.
BHVR already fixed successful Chainsaw attack cooldown after 1.5 year, sooo it's good. But we need correct version of Bubba in 100%.
Also Chainsaw Sweep movement speed is kinda slower with Chili addons. It's very easy to notice when you are using double Chili.
Especially during a first Charge Bubba is slower than it should be.
I'm playing Bubba a lot, and in my opinion the movement speed mechanic with Chili addons is bugged. I feel a slowdown with these addons.
I have a theory. In my opinion base kit first Chainsaw Sweep Charge movement speed is bugged. Maybe it's a reason why Carburetor Tunning Guide is so slow during first seconds of Chainsaw Sweep. And interesting thing about Carburetor: When you are using Chainsaw with just 1 Chainsaw Charge, your Chainsaw Sweep movement speed is NORMAL.
Soooo, I think the problem is movement speed mechanic during a first Charge. And maybe while using a Carburetor the slowdown during a first Charge is multiplied (*3), because this addon consume all Charges into one.
Many people noticed this problem, in my opinion Cannibal was "faster" with Chainsaw before TWINS DLC.
I'm a Specialist of Bubba. It's my opinion. Write your opinions Bubba Mains and others players!

If you use Carburetor with 1 Charge The speed is normal because its like third charge (The fastest one)

I played 10 matches with double chilli yesterday. The movement speed is kinda joke... It's bugged 100%. Why Chili decreases movement speed? Fix that please!

I'm was fighting with Bubba's Cooldown bug after successful Chainsaw attack since almost 2 yeras and they already fixed that.
I'm fighting with Carburetor Tunning Guide since almost 2 years, and still, they didn't fix that.
Acceleration with Double Chili /One Chili is strange, I feel slowdown.
BHVR, please fix all bugs on Bubba.
