Test a Coldwind without the cornfields or at night?

I want to see if there would really be a difference of Coldwind farm were to be set at night or just have the cornfields removed. With the yellow colors of the map, it's easy to lose track of the scratchmarks a survivor leaves, and the corn gives them perhaps too ample coverage. Just do one or the other for a PTR, not both.

nah. map is fine, corn fields arent the issue. you can pretty easily see movement through them even without scratch marks

You can find footage of it on YT. There was a rare bug where corn textures sometimes didn't load. And there was also an exploit where you could remove them on purpose. The maps look completely barren.

Playing Nightmare makes Cold Wind Farm dark.

For other killers, my advice is to move your camera like a bird, keeping it as still as you can so that survivor movement stands out. When you get within lunge range, angle the camera down and track their feet with your eyes and their footsteps with your ears. When they try to spin/juke, try to match them with your movement, not your camera.
