Lost Charters UPDATE

Bug: When purchasing survivors with Auric cells and then purchasing the "Survivor Expansion Pack" you may lose some survivors and some killers.
Description: In my case i lost Laurie strode and the hag two times in the course of a couple months. the first time (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/278002/lost-already-unlocked-characters#latest) the issue was resolved when an update was posted to the game, this second time (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/312728/re-lost-already-unlocked-characters#latest) it has persisted after multiple attempts to regain access to the content I've lost.
After trying one last time restoring purchases, checking game files, re-downloading the game, and simply waiting to see if like last time the problem would resolve itself I've decided to just re-buy the lost charters. this wouldn't be as big of an issue if i didn't need to spend $5 more to re-unlock content i already purchased in Laurie's case.
