Survivors revealing Ghostface during sacrifice animation

After hooking a survivor for the 3rd time and sacrificing them they are able to reveal you out of Night Shroud during the animation.
Platform- I'm on Ps5 but pretty sure it's all platforms
Occurrence frequency- Any survivor being sacrificed can do it.

The question is if this is supposed to happen or not, because you are going in the survivor's FOV.
