New tome challenge not working on myers

so im a challenge grinder and like to complete every single challenge, a few minutes ago I decided to do the "EXPOSED TARGET" challenge were you have to hit 4 survivors with your weapon whilst that survivors is exposed, I remember that myers in tier 3 exposes survivors, so why doesnt it work?
