Nemisis Vacine Not visually curing

Played on "The Game" against a Nemisis as Dwight.

was running: Prove Thyself, We're Gonna Live Forever, Kindred, Borrowed Time

I was infected and grabbed a vacine to cure myself. when using the action button to cure myself it showed the animation of curing myself but it didn't show any progress of using the cure. I also never lost the blue visual infection but i had stopped coughing like i had been cured. But i still had the vacine in my hand.

Possibly just a visual glitch. I have only noticed this once so far
