Pharmacy improvement
Since survivors have an ability to rummage with perk, how about you can rummage once per trial with pharmacy to get green medkit?

I think Pharmacy is already good enough for what its supposed to do.

Could work and make it consistent with the new perk coming to get flashlights.
Alternatively, as-is they could synergize. Guarantee yourself a medkit and a flashlight from a single box.

I dunno, I'd rather heal myself with its healing speed buff and my guaranteed medkit than sit inside its range and self care.

I’d go even further than that - when you’re injured you see the aura of the closest chest from the location you were injured at. Additionally, if the chest is closed it can be unlocked with the 80% faster speed, or if the chest is already opened then it can be rummaged, but without the speed bonus.

I think rummage is better yes, in case all chests has been opened and the perk is useless, it goes hand in hand with the leaked flashlight perk too.

I really like this.
I think Rummage should be base kit for survivors and rely on Luck to find an item.
It wouldn't be too hard, just have the Rummage action continue endlessly until an item is found. Every 4 seconds of rummaging, the game rolls your luck - on a success, an item is generated. Which also makes luck actually useful.
At that point though, Pharmacy would be best as a Hybrid stealth/healing perk.

This incarnation of the perk would allow chests to become a core utility for the user. Not only would it allow for faster and stealthier unlocking of chests, which has its own merits, but it allows the player to find value in rummaging - which will encourage the user to skulk back to a chest and use it as their own personal ‘Pharmacy’ when the going gets tough. This allows survivor players to have a reason to seek out chests and interact with them, while also making matches more interesting for killers as survivors leave generators and forgo certain healing practices to find value out of this perk. Without becoming incredibly powerful in its own right, the perk suddenly adds a layer of value to a match that neither conflicts with existing healing mechanics, but also doesn’t short circuit conventional gameplay.

Or maybe you can rummage the same chest twice, with a chance of either medkit or the flashy.
