Is being conjoined like the twins possible?

Hi I am kind of an cience geek so I was wondering if being conjoined as the twins would be actually possible.

I am sure Victors size could be achived if his Growth Hormones would be supressed.

What I am wondering though is if he could be conjoined inside of Charlotte, like in the game. Obviously without being able to jump out.

Would their orgens need to be joined too or maybe just a joint of muscular and apidermal tissue?

    I think i've seen a documentary about conjoined twins where one was literally inside another. I guess it's possible
