Description: Leatherface's power becomes unavailable to use for the rest of the match
Steps to reproduce: I have no idea, it just became unavailable after I downed someone with a regular M1 attack
while the power was charging.
How often it occurs: It's the second time it happened to me ever.
I'll upload the .mp4 showing exactly what is happening when this bug occurs.
