We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PC - Hook stages not properly updating when hitting stage 2

Example:
Step 1: boot up game and play survivor
Step 2: have someone get hooked and then stay on the hook until stage 2 (no rescue)
Step 3: for the survivors it will display that the survivor that was on the hook is still on their first hook
(if the survivor is hooked again they will still be treated as though they were on the hook for 2 stages and die)
Additional Information:
Character played: Dwight but has happened on all survivors from what i've seen
Perks: Prove thyself, deja vu, bt, spine chill
Map: Variety of maps
Frequency of the issue: Almost every game

Yep can confirm, this bug is widespread.
It happened to me and it happened to some others while I was playing killer.
