Hook Stage Glitch

Description of the Issue

When a survivor is on a hook until they go into Stage 2, it still shows that they've only been hooked once, and when a survivor rescues them and they go back on the hook, it says that they're on hook stage 2 and it shows the red bar at the half way point.

Basically, it acts like the survivor is on Stage 2 when they're dying and Stage 1 on Stage 2.

    Happened to me on killer and survivor. The Killer's hook stage counter will be wrong.
