Nemesis Speed and Animation bug.

Cause: Just playing on Haddonfield, with some friends.
What it is: Happened 4 times in 2 days now, Nemesis slowing down to a crawl while playing on the Haddonfield map.
While yes, the actual speed is awful, I believe the animation looks far more natural and truer to character with the actual animation speed being lowered. As you can tell below:
