We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Since the recent fix, I'll frequently see the wrong 'count' of hooks for survivors, when I'm playing killer - generally someone who appears to be on their second state dying when I hook them.
