Ok, we have a killer with a gun

now we need a killer with a bow, he could be using blunt arrows (in medieval great britain people were hunting small prey with blunt arrows and if caught while having sharp arrows on them they would be sentenced for poaching), so a killer that is a medieval peasant with a bow would be nice.
And while i give suggestions...
Increase bp cap or at least make it so when you finish a match you get all the bp even if it exceeds the cap and you won't get bp only in the next match, a lot of different things ignore the cap so it shouldn't be a problem.
