Exposed Icon Broken

This has now happened on multiple games, and it is beyond stupid. On occasion, you will be exposed but the icon will not show. Alternately, sometimes the icon fails to leave but you will not be exposed. I wasted an entire match not taking hits for people because I couldn't find Devour only to discover that the Michael did not indeed have me exposed and the game was just lying to me. Happened multiple times, usually on Michael, but the inverse does not seem to be killer-specific. That is to say, when the icon is NOT there and you are exposed, that seems to just happen in general with no real killer tied to the bug.

    Also happens with hemorrhage, but it's not quite as damning a bug.
