To choose when we are in the lobby with the survivor to change the killer like before? Thank you

Well, no. Because each killer has their own unique mmr. It would be fun though, if I was queued as anyone, got a TTV, I could swap over to Leatherface and give their audience a show. It would probably be easy too as all of my killers are way lower on the mmr scale relative to my chad Bubba.

Well the devs have softened the matchmaking parameters wider than the MMR difference between your max and min MMR killer.

So i don't think that this is a reason against killer swap anymore.

You won't be able to strategically swap to a better killer if you don't think of an obvious swf. And matchmaking doesn't even take swf vs solo in account so it shouldn't be a problem for the survivor.

This would not be possible due to having different MMR on each killer.

It would be very simple for players to queue up with their lower MMR killer to get weaker opponents and then switch whilst in the lobby.

Please. The MMR discrepancy is not that large.

In any case I don't think killers should be able to swap so they can't counter like an all medkit lobby or whatever. It's boring.

They softened the MMR filter so far that i don't think the max killer MMR difference, which has a max value afaik, is significant bigger at this point.

And why is that a problem when MMR doesn't even factor in swf of various sizes?

Survivor of similar MMR can match prelobby and use comms and increase their success rate and efficiency but killer are left in the dirt? And that for years now?

If that's the case then switching to a similar MMR killer is justified, isn't it?

I think even if mmr was the same on all killers, you shouldn't be allowed to swap killers as people will abuse it switching to a different killer such as bubba just to camp and tunnel just because it's specifically a ttv, an asian survivor, black survivor etc, in their lobby and make it a miserable time for them, as annoying as it is to have to requeue because you decide you want to play a different killer after you've already loaded into a lobby, it's for the best.

The MMR is bad enough as is that I don’t necessarily feel like this would be an issue implementing. Considering I launched a match as Demogorgon for the first time and played against a group who were definitely experienced (I would expect this if I launched with Huntress or Ghostface) it wouldn’t really hurt anything. Until they genuinely fix MMR (which I never see happening) this should be included.

The MMRs are totally independent for each character aside from when you use a killer for the very first time their initial rating is set to the average of your other killers as the starting point. I guarantee you for instance that there are a ton of killers whose Nurse MMR is drastically different from their other main killers if they don’t play much Nurse.

I disagree, I find the killers having different MMRs works fine. I’m a terrible shot with Deathslinger for instance and I can tell the survivors I go against are weaker than the ones I go against with my better characters.

Yeah, it would be nice to at least know roughly what bracket we're in, if only out of curiosity.

I don't know, every game it's supertryhard survivors running dh, ds, iron will giving me nearly no chance to win, rushing gens in few minutes... impossible mode. Boring and unfun to play killer, and i mean even if I play killer like myers (i play him once a year) i have the same squads so nah, don't believe in unique killer mmr. Shame on that game, I'm having hard unfun as killer but my teams as survivor are getting being worse and worse forcing me to not want to play dbd at all.
