PS4 - Sloppy Butcher Hemorrhage status effect from Leatherface chainsaw
I was downed by Leatherface's chainsaw, had been full health. When I tried to heal later I had stopped midway and I both made sounds and my health bar flashed like it does from the new Hemorrhage effect even though I had nothing on my screen showing any status effects. Teammate started to heal me immediately after I stopped and my health bar continued to flash for several seconds after he began healing me. After the match ended I saw the only thing in the killers load out to cause any sort of Hemorrhage status effect was Sloppy Butcher but that should only be with basic attacks, not chainsaw. Both of his add-ons were brown so they wouldn't cause hemorrhage status effect to survivors.
Steps to recreate
1. PS4, crossplay on. Play public match as survivor v Leatherface running Sloppy Butcher.
2. Get downed by chainsaw while healthy and hooked.
3. Start healing self, stop part way for Hemorrhage status effect even though no status effect on screen.

Just had a match v Twins where same thing happened. I got pounced by Victor. After removing him while I was healing I stopped to move and my health bar flashed while going down even though I had no status effects on my screen. Killer was running Sloppy Butcher. They were not running any add ons so nothing else could've caused hemorrhage status effect from killer's power.
