We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Tome Challenge Bugged, Not Gaining Progress

[Xbox Series X] Currently trying to complete the level 2 tomb challenge "Exposed Target" however I'm not gaining any progress on it despite performing the condition needed. I was playing Myers and downed more than 4 survivors while they were exposed and didn't gain any progress on this tomb challenge.
