Is there an estimated release date for the new prestige system?

I want to try to be a completionist and get as much of the "exclusive rewards" as possible, so I'm rushing to get a few characters to P3.
Have we gotten a projected time that this will go live, or go into testing? e.g. late 2022, early 2023, etc

Hopefully the blood rush helped you but with the anniversary you'll be able to gather and use cakes for massive blood point gains. My suggestion is to go one by one on characters with the best perks or ones you use more than anything first.
