What if we made No Mither an anti slug perk?

Basically give No Mither a small quality of life addition.
- Whenever you recover by yourself, the bleedout timer will be reset.

This would be an issue in cases where the survivor can't be hooked, because it would lead to hostage situations.

They'd have to fix the issue with hooks of course, such as more hooks in unhookable spots, or hooks respawning after sacrifice, it's weird they haven't already.
