Pinhead bugged?

I loaded in to a Pinhead game 10 minutes ago and whenever i used my power and hit someone with the chains it had me stuck in a black screen animation (The animation when you switch from chain view back to killer view) for 5-10 seconds where I couldn't do anything.

It happened on Father Campbell's Chapel if it could be a map related issue.

Platform: It happened on steam PC.

Description: After hitting with chains i got stuck in the "switch" animation for 5-10 seconds.

How often: Whenever i used my power

    A bit more to this: I've also experienced this bug a few times. A sign that it's bugged is that when your break a gen/pallet or when you pick up a survivor you don't see any chains. This bug also makes it to if you cancel out of the chain portal before placing it you'll be unable to interact with anything or attack survivors untill stunned.

    There are reports about this issue, but it seems the log data are not sufficiently provided. It would be better to provide the log when it happens to us(PC users).

    I just tried playing Pinhead on PS4 and I could move, but nothing else. Luckily a couple of the survivors were streaming so I could at least explain what was going on. Towards the end of the match they pallet stunned me which gave me my power, but when I tried using it I literally got stuck in it and couldn’t move anymore.
