The Oni has a bug where he is completely unable to use his power.

I do not know the exact cause of this issue but I will say that I suffered from some extreme rubberbanding while in blood fury, which led to me being in my power (but unable to attack or use demon dash) while the duration bar was empty. After I picked up a survivor, I was unable to pick up blood orbs, as shown here-
You can see that the prompt to absorb blood orbs does not come up. (Blood Fury still recharges passively and gets progress after injuring a healthy survivor)
Even when I manage to get Blood Fury charged, you can see here that there is no prompt to activate it.
