Green Glyph Not Interactible

I was playing Michael Myers on Dead Dawg Saloon, using BBQ and Chili, Jolt, Corrupt Intervention and Bamboozle. Add-ons were Judith Myers's Memorial and Judith's Journal. This happened during Evil Within Tier 3, 2 survivors were dead, 1 was in the dying state and one was in the injured state, working on a generator. So far, I've only encountered this glitch/bug this one time. I downed a survivor and heard a Green Glyph. I went to interact with it for my Archive Challenge and could not stomp it out from any angle. Pictured in the screenshot is the location in which the Glyph Spawned. I thank you for any follow-up on this report.
