Spawning in with no add-ons

I was playing Trapper and put on the Tension Spring and Trapper Bag add-ons before the start of a match. When the trial began, the image of the add-ons were not shown and the effects of the add-ons were not working. Additionally, after the trial, the add-ons were consumed as if they were used despite not appearing in the match.
