Starstruck applied to survivor on hook

On Gas Heaven, playing Meg, vs Doctor, was downed, picked up, and placed on hook right outside the gas station. While the hooking animation was playing, I got starstruck applied to me (it decayed normally while I was on hook). No, he didn't pick up anyone after me until after I was unhooked.
