Reworking Character and Chapter Structure & Attaching Teachables to Chapters

Concern:

Male/Female Two Survivor distinction adds unnecessary Perk Strain for Chapters with Two Survivors.

Current Legendary system does not allow for individual Legendary Character Prestige.

Three Teachable System per Character forces quantity of Perks rather than Quality, especially with multiple Survivor releases.

Suggestion:

All Legendary Skins become their own independent Character, with Bloodweb and tracked Prestige, sorted into their released Chapter/IP.

The above would make it absurd to create Perks for every Legendary skin, which needs to be addressed.

Suggestion:

Teachables are instead tied to a Chapter Release, instead of a Character.

Putting Bloodpoints towards Prestiges for a Character(s) released in a given Chapter allows progress towards unlocking a Chapters Teachables, if any.

However now I have so many different characters to invest Bloodpoints into with their own Inventory, sunk cost is going to make it hard to swap to other Characters

Suggestion:

Make Item/Addon Pools Shared between Survivors

But what about Killers?

Suggestion:

Also share all Addons between Killer by summing total Addons for each Killer and applying that sum to each respective addon type.

Doesn't this mean that people who play a lot will have all the addons for new Killers unlocked as soon as the Chapter releases? Yes, their time investment and bloodweb investment is rewarded.

Wait… what? This is an overly complicated solution to giving Legendary characters prestige skins, and it also removes value from players on their dollar by no longer releasing chapters with 2 survivors and instead just one.

Just make it so that players automatically get the prestige for the Legendary character if they have the character and are prestiged. They literally already do this for The Legion by unlocking both Frank and Julie’s versions of the outfit on prestige, so I’m not sure why it doesn’t work for everyone.
