Legion 5th hit not working?

Since new update when you are playing with the Legion when you are gonna make the 5th hit with Feral Frenzy it doesnt down the survivor, instead it just count as another normal frenzy hit. Anyone with something similar?

    Only got it a few times but it always worked in the intended way.

    Are you hitting someone with deep wounds and you therefore get out of your power or do you reapply deep wounds but stay in-power? Do you happen to have a clip of it?
