We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Double stun on Dredge

I was playing against Dredge on Dead Dawg Saloon and I used Decisive Strike to save me from being mori'd and then immediately and correctly used Head-On for the second stun trying to buy my team time since he was just gonna tunnel me. I got exhausted from the head-on perk activating and got the killer stun points prompt but Dredge did not get stunned the second time after the animation from Decisive Strike had finished.
