We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Grab interrupt to hit does not work when a survivor is vaulting on a pallet towards you [PC]

Ever since the Dredge update I have been noticing a bug where a grab is interrupted as a survivor is vaulting into me, but the hit does not come out.
What is supposed to happen when a grab is interrupted is that the grab is turned into a hit and the survivor is damaged.
What actually happens is that your grab is interrupted, your camera is locked into the grab position, but the survivor is not damaged.
I have tested with the survivor vaulting away and the interrupted grab turning into a hit seems to work as normal.
