No Mither Exhaustion Buff?

What if no mither allowed you to regain exhaustion while running like how exhaustion used to work? A small buff but could potentially let good players get off 2 dead hards or sprintburst during a chase.

Personally, I'd be okay with this.

Maybe, but everyone has to know that No Mither isn't exactly a perk, it's more of a different and challenging playstyle.
