We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Bug - Inner Focus produces loud noise notifications

If you have the new Haddie Kaur perk Inner Focus any survivor within the 32m range requirement will produce the loud noise notification. You do not hear the loud noise, however the icon will show up.
The icon shows up on the following conditions:
- A rushed action (Vauling and entering/exiting a locker)
- A failed skill check (Healing and Generator repair)
It will occur every time one of these conditions is met and is very simple to reproduce, simply be in range where the perk is active on a survivor but far enough away that will trigger the loud noise notification.
Unsure if this is a bug or an unintended feature as the perk does not include this in the description.
