Add key/button bindings for individual killers or survivors

The current bindings are great but what would be better is individual bindings for different killers and survivors. I'm loving dredge right now but I can't really get to grips with the layout hes using right now, and I don't want to change the layout because that will change everyone, same goes for other killers like clown.

    That and for Survivors an option to bind every perk which uses a button to a different key.

    I'm sick of changing it everytime I want to use repressed alliance from M4 to another key (I like M4 for DH and skillchecks, because I'm more precise like this) because I would block the Gen everytime I do a skillcheck.
