PC- Bug glitch couldnt interact with objects or survivors

i booted into a killer game and everything was normal i downed a survivor and went to chase another off of me at a pallet and got stunned then i could not intereact with anything afterwards, ie powers wouldnt work couldnt break a pallet, couldnt pick up survivors i would only m1 and move around. Survivors in end game chat reported constant heartbeat/terror radius as well. lost adds ons depiped and offering

Perks = Pop goes the weasel, save the best for last, Fearmonger, Oppression
Map = Garden of Joy (new map)
