Quick and Quiet Bug

• Platform: PC

• Description of the issue: When fast vaulting out of locker, (with the perk not on cooldown) the killer hears the noise even with quick and quiet equipped. They dont get a loud noise notification however, the audio just is unsilenced. the perk goes on cooldown.

• Steps to reproduce (if possible): Go into a locker with quick and quiet equipped, fast exit the locker and it occurs.

• How often does this occur: Everytime you fast exit a locker with quick and quiet, it will occur.
