For me, as a killer, if I hear ridiculous flashlight spam (like a playing card hitting the spokes of a bicycle wheel), or catch bags of tea multiple times mid-chase, the survivor rule book goes out the window. I will tunnel and camp that person to death -- blood points, grades, and MMR be damned.

On the flip side, since I main killer I tend to be much more understanding. I don't instantly cry tunneling when someone happens to get hooked twice in a row (maybe it was the first person they saw again), or cry camping when it's toward the end of the game and they're desperately trying to secure just one kill. But that consideration has its limits, and when a killer is being unnecessarily harsh, I'll let them know in a survivor kind of way.
