Dissolution bypassed with Dead Hard

DESCRIPTION
I played as killer and chased a Survivor. I was playing as the Dredge and using the Perk Dissolution. I hit a Survivor and Dissolution activated. The Survivor Dead Harded to a Palltet and vaultet it. The Pallet did not break although Dissolution was active

did the survivor vault the pallet during nightfall? dissolution needs the survivor to be in your terror radius, dredge's nightfall grants it undetectable which removes terror radius
